Why is a temporal filling applied?
Many of the aging changes can be understood by observing changes in facial volume. Some faces gain weight, even if they are irregular from top to bottom. Other faces get weaker as they age.

What is the temple filling aesthetic?
The aesthetic treatment of temples is difficult because the tissue in this area is thin and tends to show irregularity after injection. Highly diluted hyaluronic acid can be injected. The physical properties of this filling material disperse the filler in a way that is not possible with conventional injection applications.
