Botox

Botox is the toxine produced by the bacteria named Clostridium Botulinum.
Its mechanism of action blocks the conduction from the nerves to the muscles and prevents the movement of the muscles for some time and thus, clears the wrinkles away.
Botox injections are very effective in correcting the frowning lines, forehead lines and the crows feet. In addition, it gives good results for the upper lip wrinkles.
Botox is used for the treatment of excessive sweating and migraine.
Botox is applied through injections to certain points on the face with very fine injection needles.
The effects of the Botox application after the first application comes about in 2-3 days and remains effective till 6 months. After several applications, its effect might be prolonged to 8 months.
