Laser hair removal
The device we use for laser hair removal is the Duetto MT EVO Laser Platform with combined technology. Thanks to this technology, which allows using of an Alexandrite Laser with 755 nm wavelength and Nd: YAG laser types with a wavelength of 1064 nm together, each type of laser or both can be used according to personal needs.

Duetto MT EVO laser platform
Duetto MT EVO laser platform performs simultaneous processing with a new wavelength that it creates by combining two different wavelengths, Alexandrite Laser and Nd: Yag Laser.
The target of the laser is the melanin pigment that gives the hair its color. The laser energy emanating from its source is absorbed by the melanin pigment, turns into heat, and destroys the hair root.
Duetto MT EVO Laser uses half of the energy of Alexandrite and Nd: Yag lasers. Thus, by reducing the energy given to the skin, the pain felt during the procedure decreases, and the effect of the procedure increases.
Successful hair removal is possible in all seasons even with gray hairs, fine hairs, and bronze skin with Duetto MT EVO Laser and its increased effect of the combination of two different lasers.

Vascular therapy
Duetto MT EVO Laser is also effective in the treatment of deep and superficial lesions in the vessels with the least pain and the best result.
With the sequential shot mode, Alexandrite laser and Nd: Yag laser are used sequentially.
The very low dose of Alexandrite laser converts oxyhemoglobin to methemoglobin. Thereby, it makes the blood color darker.
Laser absorption of methemoglobin is three times higher than oxyhemoglobin. Since the darkened target will warm up more easily, the pain caused by the procedure is minimized by using a much lower dose of Nd: Yag laser.
Duetto MT EVO Laser is more effective than other lasers in thin red veins.
Duetto MT EVO Laser is used in the treatment of skin rejuvenation, onychomycosis (nail fungus), and atrophic scar (superficial scars). Duetto MT EVO Laser provides effective treatments for various skin types.

Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a technique in which injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts are used to rejuvenate and tighten the skin, as well as to remove accumulated fat. Mesotherapy is carried out for the following purposes;
Removal of accumulated fat from areas such as abdominal, thighs, hips, legs, arms, and face
Reduce cellulite
To improve wrinkles and lines
Tightening loose skin
Reshaping the body
Brighten pigmented skin
Treatment of alopecia (a condition that causes hair loss)

Vitamin injection (Mesolift)
Mesolift, which is used for wrinkles and relaxation on the skin, is one of the most natural and practical methods used in skin rejuvenation.
Mesolift means “skin stretching”. Mesolift application is based on the principle of anti-aging applications or removing wrinkles with fillers.
With the mesolifting method, the aging effects on the face, neck, decollete, and back of the hand are eliminated, as well as the reconstruction of the skin damaged by smoking and alcohol.
First of all, the healing effect is quite high in middle-aged and elderly people, smokers, exposed to the harmful effects of the sun, worn skin, unbalanced nutrition, and people with complaints such as dryness or sagging.
Mesolifting is more effective for middle-aged people with mild problems. It will make the skin look younger, more vibrant, and healthy before the effects of wearing on the skin begin, and before wrinkles and lines are formed.
Mesolift can be applied with needles or with a gun system that can be adjusted in depth and pressure. In the first phase of the treatment, a good skin cleansing is provided and then local anesthesia is provided with the help of a topical cream. Then, a cocktail that is beneficial for the skin, and consisting of many vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and hyaluronic acid is injected into the skin.
Mesolift treatment, which provides a significant reduction in the signs of aging, especially in women and men aged 30 years and over, can be applied with personalized programs. Although the frequency of application varies according to the person, it can be completed with an average of 15 days and 6-8 sessions consisting of one session per month. The first targeted effect is “a glowing face”, the second effect is “lifting the middle layer of the skin”, and the third effect is “filling the wrinkles”.
After mesolifting sessions, it is generally recommended not to be exposed to the sun for 24 hours, not to wash the treatment areas for a few hours, and to avoid any creams with a high risk of irritation.

Mesotherapy for hair
Mesotherapy is the method of injecting vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and some drugs as mixtures into the middle layer of the skin with the microinjection technique.
Not all drugs taken by mouth or muscle or intravenous injections reach the target organ in all cases. Because some of the drugs are broken down and thrown away before they are absorbed the effect of the medication taken remains limited.
In mesotherapy, medicines are sent directly to the treatment area with microinjection in small amounts. Maximum benefit is obtained from the treatment without causing any systemic side effects.
Mesotherapy mixture is injected with very fine-tipped needles to the areas selected according to the condition to be treated. The important thing is to know the interactions and side effects of the drugs used in the cocktail. The procedure is almost pain-free thanks to the size of the needles.
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the patient, the disease, and the injection site.
The injection must be done by a medical doctor
Mesotherapy for the hair is the treatment method applied to the scalp to prevent and control hair loss, to increase the quality of the hair, and to regulate hair growth. Especially androgenic alopecia (male pattern hair loss) can be treated with mesotherapy and satisfying and permanent results are obtained.
Mesotherapy drug mixtures are injected in small doses. The most effective feature of this method is that the dose mixtures are small and can be used locally. These mixtures are individualized for the patients’ needs.
Although the sessions vary according to the person, in the first month, 3 or 4 sessions, in the second and third months one session in 15 days and one session per month in the following months are organized as maintenance therapy. It takes three months to see the first positive results of mesotherapy. The side effects are minimal and rare.

Botox
Botox is a medicine that has been used for years to treat wrinkles and lines. Botox is a toxin made by Clostridium botulinum bacteria, and its use in small doses has both cosmetic and medical benefits.

Botox for face, neck, and decollete area
Botox is a drug received by a bacterial toxin named “Clostridium Botulinum”. This drug is used medically to relieve muscle contractions and relax the muscles in the area where it was injected for a while. It is approved by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) for the treatment around the eyes.
Application areas of botox for face, neck, and décolleté area;
Horizontal lines on the forehead
Crow’s feet around the eyes
Vertical lines between the eyebrows
Necklines
Raising or lowering the eyebrows
Rabbit stripes on the nose
Vertical lines above the lip
Sulking lines in the corners of the lips
Lifting the tip of the nose
When the platysma muscles on the right and left sides of the neck contract, they pull down the corners of the mouth and neck skin and cause a sad, unhappy, or sullen expression to settle on our faces. Botox is used to treat problems on the face.
Some people may feel tingling during botox applications. However, patients don’t feel pain after the treatment. Using anesthetic creams on the injection areas before treatment can reduce this discomfort.
Botox’s duration of effect varies according to the person. The effect of the treatment is usually permanent for 4-6 months. Naturally, the effect lasts shorter in people who use their facial muscles more. The age of the person is also important. The younger the patient, the faster the blockage at the nerve end, and the application interval will be 4 months on average.

Botox for the treatment of excessive sweating
The problem of excessive sweating, which occurs especially in the hands, feet, and armpits affects the quality of life negatively. But thankfully, it is reduced with Botox.
Botox prevents the production of sweat by blocking the work of the nerves there when it’s injected into the treatment area. After a half-hour session, the patient’s excessive sweating problem is decreased for 8 to 12 months.
With the treatment of Botox, a bad scent that occurs with excessive sweating or unpleasant appearance in clothes is prevented.

Dermal fillers
Injectable dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected under the skin to change the appearance. It is a popular and minimally invasive treatment for wrinkles. As we age, sagging and wrinkled skin can be caused by a loss of fat and protein in the skin layer. Fillers cannot permanently replace lost fat and proteins, but they can mimic the original structure of your skin.
Dermal fillers provide fullness, volume, and healing of the skin by softening the skin and thus provide a natural appearance.

Hyaluronic acid
The dermal filler that helps to treat wrinkles and is widely used in the world is Hyaluronic acid. It is an FDA approved, non-animal, safe and natural product that gives volume where it is injected. Its effect is seen immediately and continues for 4-10 months depending on the concentration chosen. It is an application based on replacing the hyaluronic acid under the skin and decreasing in time and filling the intercellular space.
With filling treatment, it is possible to get results in all applications from light lines to deep wrinkles in various parts of the face. Usage areas of fillers other than wrinkles can be listed as clarifying the lip contour, lip plumping, rejuvenating by giving volume to the collapsed areas of the face.
45 minutes before the application, local anesthesia is applied and then injected with the help of special needles selected according to the concentration. The effect is seen immediately and the result is long-lasting. Improvement of wrinkles with filler creates huge differences in the appearance of the face, and a much younger and healthier appearance is accomplished.
Immediately after application, there may be slight redness and edema at the injection sites, but they disappear completely within 15-20 minutes. Punctuated subcutaneous hemorrhages that may rarely disappear within 5-7 days.
The hyaluronic acid injection is a fast and easy application if applied in the right hands. There is no need for a pre-application test and it takes about 10-15 minutes.
Aspirin, antipyretic drugs, and vitamin C intake should be stopped one week before the administration. Thus, the risk of spot bleeding is reduced.
Hard chewing movements, talking, and laughing are not recommended for 4 hours following the application. The treatment area should not be massaged. You should try not to puck your lips for the 2 days following the lip augmentation application. You should protect this area against excessive heat (sauna, sunbathing) or extreme cold until the rash and swelling after the application completely disappears.
Wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid is often used together with Botox injection. With Botox, movements such as frowning, squinting eyes, puckering lips are softened and a smoother, smoother, and younger appearance is obtained as a result of the application of the two treatments.
As we age, the amount of hyaluronic acid in our skin decreases, and wrinkles occur. Hyaluronic acid’s benefits;
It preserves the moisture level in the skin and makes the skin elastic and plump.
It tightens the skin by supporting collagen production.
It acts as an antioxidant and removes chemicals that will harm the skin.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
PRP is the abbreviated name of the treatment method called “platelet-enriched plasma” application. This application is based on the injection of a person’s blood after the platelet is separated.
Platelets are blood cells that contain “growth factors” necessary to repair damaged tissues in our body and restore them to their natural state. When any damage occurs in our tissues, our blood starts a repair process by collecting thrombocytes in this tissue. The purpose of PRP application is to give much more thrombocytes to this target tissue than can be transported by blood circulation. Thus, the repair of damaged tissue starts so quickly and strongly and results faster, because the density of the platelets obtained with PRP is 3 to 5 times higher than that of blood.
The aging of our skin is also due to the loss of some of its physical properties, just like during the injury process. For this reason, in practices aimed at rejuvenating our skin, we imitate what our body does while healing a wound, with various methods.
The platelets used in PRP application are those taken from the patients themselves, and procedures such as blood removal and separation of platelets are performed with the help of a sterile and closed kit, so there is no risk of contamination. PRP is a safe method that does not carry an infectious disease risk.
It is approximately 30 minutes in total. It is applied easily and painlessly.
Immediately after the application, a healthy glow appears on the skin. Later, there is some regression in this glossy appearance, but after 3 or 4 applications, a relatively permanent effect becomes apparent.

Dermapen treatment
In dermapen treatment, microchannels are opened to the skin with many needles vertically. Since there is much less epidermal damage with the 90-degree needling technique, it is much safer for the person to be treated. Dermapen reduces the occurrence of pain thanks to its automatic and vibrating needling technique and increases the effectiveness of the treatment by improving the absorption amount of the products to be applied to the area.
When we combine dermapen and mesotherapy, PRP, laser, peeling, we can get more effective results from the treatments.
Before the Dermapen application, the make-up in the treatment area is cleaned and the skin is disinfected. Thanks to the thin microneedles of the Dermapen device that rapidly enter and exit the skin, it triggers the skin’s healing mechanisms by opening microscopic channels on the skin surface. Dermapen process takes approximately 20-30 minutes. With this process, we can say that the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which is indispensable for the tightness and elasticity of the skin, is provided and blood circulation is increased.

Ablative skin resurfacing (fractional CO2 laser)
Fractional carbon dioxide laser is a safe and effective skin renewal method that helps to remove deep wrinkles and supports the formation of a tightened, new, and young skin. A high-density carbon dioxide laser is used, which evaporates unwanted tissue. In this technique, while thousands of microscopic heat columns go deep into the skin, old damaged skin cells are cleaned. Thereby, the development of young, bright, and healthy new cells is supported.
It can be applied not only for lines and wrinkles on the face but also on other skin areas such as the neck, decollete, and hands.
Noticeable results are possible even in a single session.
The healing process is usually longer than fractional non-ablative laser treatment.
Topical anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated 45-60 minutes before the procedure. A mild feeling of warmth, heat, or discomfort may be experienced during the treatment.
The whole treatment of the face takes about 20-30 minutes.
Treatment consists of 3-5 sessions with 1-month intervals on average.
Depending on the degree of treatment, there may be point marks such as pinheads after application. The most common side effects are usually reduced edema within a week and rash that disappears later. Less common side effects are itching, dryness, peeling and scaling.
Brown spots may rarely occur in brunette patients. Other possible side effects are temporary.
One month after the procedure, care should be taken against the sun and sunscreen cream should be used carefully.
The skin surface is softer, shiny, and taut immediately after the treatment. Within 3-6 months, regeneration of the skin is observed obviously.

Non-ablative skin resurfacing (fractional Erbium Glass laser)
The fractional non-ablative laser system emits light in microcolumns and creates coagulation areas under the skin. In these pillars, the natural healing process begins, which will create healthier tissue.
The fractional non-ablative skin renewal system can work safely in many body areas such as the face, neck, decollete, and hands.
Although the results are effective in CO2 laser applications, which remove some of the epidermis and dermis, redness and discoloration that last for a few weeks can limit social life. In this method, while the top layer of the skin remains in place, stimuli are sent to the epidermis and dermis, thus ensuring rapid recovery.
The device has various arms for different treatments. The 10 mm arm allows deep wrinkles and acne scars to be removed by affecting the deeper layers of the skin, tightening the soft tissue, reducing pores, and renewing the skin. The 15 mm arm affects the surface of the skin, so the main effectiveness is provided on the spots formed on the surface of the skin. It is used in cases where there is an increase in pigmentation such as sun and age spots and the spots we call pregnancy masks.
With both headings, an average of 20% of the skin is affected in 1 session. The recommended number of sessions varies from 3 to 5. Usually, visible results appear from the 3rd month.
There may be redness, warmth, edema, and tension in the treatment area that disappear within a few hours. The pinkish appearance on the skin can often take 5-7 days. After the application, you can usually return to your work and other daily activities. Most of the patients notice positive changes in their skin within a few days.

Chemical peeling applications
Chemical peeling is one of the methods applied to revitalize faded and lifeless skin. Besides, very successful results are obtained in the treatment of dark spots on the skin and acne and scars.
Chemical peels that can be applied to the face, neck, and hands can be used for:
Reducing fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth
Treatment of wrinkles caused by sun damage and aging
Improving the appearance of mild scars
Treatment of certain types of acne
Reducing age spots, freckles, and dark spots (melasma) caused by pregnancy or taking birth control pills
Improving the appearance of the skin
Recovery of sun-damaged areas after chemical peeling

Superficial peeling
The fruit acids are used to (glycolic acid, pyruvic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid) clean the dead cells on the skin, allow the development of healthy cells, and revitalization of the face. With chemical peeling, a great improvement can be achieved in the natural color, texture, and smoothness of the skin. It also reduces superficial lines and wrinkles by tightening the skin. Superficial peels can be planned as 6-8 sessions every 2 weeks. Concentration and duration of peeling on the skin are increased in each session according to the reaction of the skin.

Medium peeling
TCA peels are the most commonly used medium peels, and the treatment plan should be made according to this situation, as redness and peeling will be seen on the skin for 3-7 days after the procedure.
Cosmelan and Dermamelan is an application in the middle peeling class. It only needs to be done once. The peeling applied like a mask is cleaned after 8-12 hours, depending on the skin type, and the treatment is continued for 3 to 6 months with the same product with less concentration.
