Laparoscopy is a type of surgery performed using very small incisions. The process gets its name from the laparoscope, a thin instrument with a small video camera and light at the end. When a surgeon inserts it into the patient’s body through a small incision, he/she can look at the video monitor and see what’s going on inside it. Without these tools, surgeons would have to make a much larger incision.
The following treatments are performed with laparoscopic surgery;
Hernia surgery (inguinal, umbilical, surgical site hernias)
Reflux and Hiatal Hernia surgery
Obesity Surgery (Sleeve Gastrectomy)
Colorectal surgery (Oncosurgery), Colorectal cancer

Treatment for ulcer perforation
Treatment for cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder)
