What is Check up?
Thanks to check-up, which means health scans applied to the person for the protection of health and early diagnosis of disease risks, necessary measures are taken before a disease develops to ensure a healthy life. In addition to many diseases such as cancer, hypertension, coronary artery diseases, it is very important to have regular check-ups for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases that may damage the organs such as brain, heart and kidney that are sneaking for years
How often is check up applied?
A person soulld undergo a health check at least once a year, even if he or she does not have any complaints or illnesses. Repetition time may vary according to familial risk factors. The programs to be implemented vary according to the age, sex and risk factors of the person.
What to do before you check up?
– If you are pregnant or have any doubts, be sure to inform before starting to proceedings.
– Bring with you the results of previous tests and other tests.
– You must come to the appointment hungry (at least 10-12 hours hunger).
– You can only drink water.
– Stop alcohol and caffeine the day before.
– Bring appropriate shoes and sportswear if you will have an Effort ECG.
