About Gastroenterology

Gastroenterology department of Güven Hospital is specialized in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pancreas, liver, gall bladder esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon diseases. At the endoscopy unit, gastrointestinal system diseases can be easily diagnosed using tiny camera systems, which are advances via oral or rectal route and many disorders can be also treated during the diagnostic procedures. 
Gastroscopy, colonoscopy, rectosigmoidoscopy, ERCP and capsule endoscopy procedures are routinely carried out at the endoscopy unit.
