Oral hygiene/maintenance is not performed accurately,
Oral examination and professional tartar scaling are not performed at least once a year
Recommendations of dentist are not followed,
When gum recession or osteoporosis occurs,
In case of danages resulting from accidents relating to incorrect usage (for ex: dropping prosthesis)
Too much weight has been gained or lost,,
Negative effects of general systemic diseases on oral hygiene and teeth (Diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after radiotherapy and chemotherapy practices)
Canal treatment may be required as a result of the trauma occuring after etching of teeth in porceain crowning and bridge practices. In case of an untraceable, unforeseen or unpredictable event in the patient’s x-ray, we inform our patient and add it to the treatment plans.
