About Us

The Lokman Hekim Esnaf Private Hospital opened as a private hospital in 1997 but moved in January 2012 to a new purpose-built building.  The new site offers expanded and improved services to Fethiye and the surrounding areas.
The staff of the Foreign Patient Department comprises a Medical Director, a tourism doctor, a manager, an assistant manager and 7 officers. The role of the department is to support and help both inpatients and outpatients in any way needed including translating for doctors and nurses, especially at twice-daily ward rounds, and liaising with foreign insurance companies wherever policies allow a direct claim from the hospital.
The staff of the department are provided by the hospital expressly to assist any non-Turkish patients whether they are on holiday or living locally. English, German and French are spoken.
The department provides a full team and a 24 hour service during the main tourism season from 1 May to 31 October with a reduced team during the rest of the year when the department is staffed during the day but has an emergency call out service for all other times.

Our Hospital
Improvements in our automation systems have been made possible due to the technologic design of the building. This feature has created a structure that allows our patients to receive a more comfortable health service. With this direction in mind all of our patient rooms have been designed to simulate hotel comfort; homely private rooms equipped with spacious en suite bathrooms, television and WIFI.
